Frequently Asked Questions

When Will My Vehicle Be Picked Up?
On average, for a standard shipment, it will typically take one to seven business days from the time your booking has been received to schedule a time for pick-up. Expedited services are available for rush shipments and time-sensitive transports.

How long will it take for my vehicle to reach the destination after pick up?
Based on mileage, once your vehicle has been picked up, it will typically be delivered within anywhere from one to ten days.

How do you handle a damaged vehicle at the time of delivery?
While it is our intent to deliver all vehicles without damage, we understand that accidents happen. It is important for customers to inspect their vehicles upon receipt. If the damage is noticed, customers should contact us immediately. Damage should be documented on the “Bill of Lading” received from the driver.

What personal belonging and how much can I put in my car?
We advise you not to, as personal items are not insured if they are damaged or reported missing. If you decide to pack personal items inside your vehicle, it must not exceed 75 lbs. and must be kept in the trunk or back seats (below the window line).

Does Someone Have To Be Present For Pick-up And Delivery?
Yes, there must be someone present to accept the vehicle, provide keys and sign an inspection report.

Why are the pick-up and delivery dates estimated?
Your vehicle will probably be picked up and delivered on the requested and projected dates; however, there may be extraordinary circumstances beyond anyone’s control. Weather issues, mechanical issues or traffic delays are examples of these circumstances. Our drivers are experienced and know to leave a fair amount of leeway in scheduling your pick-up and delivery dates to allow for these delays.
